A FRENCH BACCARAT ENAMELLED GLASS JARDINIÈRE WITH GILT BRONZE MOUNTS, EARLY 20TH CENTURY - A made glass jardiniere by the French firm Baccarat, with scalloped edges, the sides painted with delicate enamel floral motifs in in green, pink, and gold. Set within a footed frame of gilt bronze, each of the four feet being shaped as clusters of oak leaves with acorns at their center. The center of the bronze frame is stamped with the Baccarat wine bottle, wine glass, and carafe maker's mark along with their name. Please make all inquiries before bidding. Condition: Very good overall condition. Glass body clear and intact, with minor light surface scratches and expected age-related wear. Enamel decoration remains well preserved with only slight rubbing in places. Gilt-bronze mounts with some rubbing, wear, and tarnishing consistent with age, particularly on the feet and stretcher. No structural damage or restoration visible.
