A RUSSIAN SILVER AND MALACHITE VODKA FLASK SET, 1880 - Comprising three frosted glass flasks mounted in parcel-gilt and silver mounts designed to resemble wooden barrels, each bound with rope-form chains and fitted into a tripodal stand formed as stylized tree branches, all raised on a carved oval malachite base. The apex of the structure features a fully sculpted figure of a seated peasant with a raised vodka flask in hand, rendered in finely detailed chased silver. Each flask has a removable silver cup-form cover, gilded to the interior. Hallmarks: 84 Russian silver standard, kokoshnik, maker's mark ”N.G.” in Cyrillic, 1880.
