A JAPANESE BRONZE GROUPING, MEIJI PERIOD - A Japanese bronze grouping depicting two children at play, both wearing traditional Japanese clothing. They are set atop a lacquered base decorated throughout with gilt foliate motifs across each side, with geometric patterning to the rim and top. The base is raised upon four small, curled feet, one at each corner. Meiji Era Japan, 19th or Early 20th century. Please make all inquiries before bidding.
