AN AMBER GLASS BRONZE-MOUNTED FRENCH LIDDED CASKET, 19TH CEN. - A fine French Bohemian style lidded box comprised of amber colored glass delicately painted with gold enamel gridwork and flourishes. The glass rimmed with gilt bronze decorated with embossed foliate motifs and affixed with a wreathed keyhole to the front. The box sat atop four molded feet. France, 19th century.
