A PAIR OF LIMOGES FRANCE ENAMELED COPPER CANDELSTICKS, 19TH CEN. - A pair of Limoges Renaissance-style copper candlesticks with polychrome enamel throughout the entirety of the surface. Four medallions are presented on the octagonal bases of both items displaying mythological portraits of ”Adonis, Lavore, Cephale” and a coat of arms. Various floral motifs decorate the surface in white enamel and two additional portrait depictions on the spouts. Please make all inquiries before bidding. All lots are sold ”as-is”, refer to our T&C.
