A RUSSIAN PORCELAIN BABIGON SERVICE VERRIERE BOWL, CA 1830 - A Russian porcelain verriere bowl of the Babigon Service, circa 1830, similar to one in the Texas Governor’s Mansion Collection. The Babigon service is a Russian Imperial porcelain dinner service created in 1824 for Emperor Alexander I and used by the Russian royal family for ceremonial receptions. It was manufactured by the Imperial Porcelain Factory in St. Petersburg. Imperial Russia, c. 1830. Please make all inquiries before bidding. All lots are sold ”as-is”, refer to our T&C.
