AN UNUSUAL FRENCH IRON DAGGER WITH SQUARE QUILLONS, 18TH CEN. - An early 19th century French dagger in the style of a late renaissance dagger with its grip, crossguard, pommel, and scabbard comprised of steel. It has a diamond-section, double-edged blade kept within a metal scabbard which fits it well. The grip is decorated with a diamond-shaped etching France, First half of the 19th Century.
