The items are marked with the Russian 56 gold proof marks, 'IL' marks, and 'GN' marks. The cufflinks are kept within a red leather case with silk lining, stamped by VanDuser & Stokes Co. of Philadelphia. Imperial Russia, 19th or Early 20th Century.
