A RUSSIAN ORDER OF ST. STANISLAUS BREAST STAR FIRST CLASS
The eight-pointed star in silver with a central medallion of white enamel with the letters SS in red surrounded by the order's motto, Premiando Incitat in gold. This is surrounded by a band of green enamel ornamented with four sprays of laurel leaves in gold. The badge is suspended on a sash of red moiré with two white stripes and worn over the right shoulder. The star is worn on the left breast.
Russia, 19th/20th century.
