TWO SMALL RUSSIAN CLOISONNE ENAMEL KOVSHS BY MARIA SEMENOVA - Pair of small Russian gilt-silver kovshs, made in the workshop of Maria Semenova in Moscow between 1899 and 1908. Each has a rounded body with a hooked handle and a pronounced front. Decorated with raised Neo-Russian floral patterns in polychrome painted cloisonne enamel. Handles are adorned with turquoise enamel pellets. Items from the workshop of Maria Semenova are presented in the State Historical Museum in Russia. Weight: 2.9 o., 84 g. L: 2 3/4 in., (7 cm.)
