A MAPPIN AND WEBB QAJAR STYLE PIERCED SILVER-BRONZE LIDDED BOX - English Qajar style heavy silver plated biscuit box made by Mappin & Webb. The piece is of a cylinder form and features a series of oblong medallions engraved with portraits among elaborate foliage and arabesque motifs. Late 19th century, circa the 1870s. H: 8 1/2 in., (21.5 cm.) Condition: Excellent.
