SOVIET RUSSIAN SHASHKA SWORD M. 1927 - Brass pommel, stamped ”USSR” (in Cyrillic), ferrule, stamped with inspection marks ”M / 37”, wooden grip, blade ricasso is marked ”M” on one side and on the other ”ZIK”by the Zlatoust Factory with production year ”1941.” Wooden scabbard is covered with black paint, brass mounts with ”H” inspection marks.
