Hallmarked and dated on the bottom and inside the lid. Hallmarks: maker's mark ”VS” in Cyrillic, 84 silver standard, Viktor Savenkov, P. Ovchinnikov, 1878 assay mark. Weight: 19.2 oz., (544 g.) Small gilded silver tankard. The tankard is elaborately decorated with niello work and has niello views of Moscow on the sides. Hallmarked and dated: P. Ovchinnikov, Viktor Savenkov, 1878 assay mark. Weight: 19.2 oz., (544 g.) H: 4 3/4 in., (12 cm.) Condition: Good overall condition, no dents or damages. Minor scratching to the interior appropriate for its age. Losses to the exterior gilding, interior gilding is good.
