A JAPANESE TANTO WITH LACQUERED SHEATH, 1800 - The blade is unsigned, and the fuchi is decorated with a dragon. The tsuba features a gilt crane, the kashira is made of engraved brass. The saya is finished with brown lacquer. L: 21 1/4 in., (54 cm.) Blade: 11 3/4 in., ( 29.8 cm.) Condition: Good oevarll, the blade has a small chip towrd the tip.
