Stamped by the author's upper right. Matted and housed in a gilded wooden frame.Alexander Yakovlev (1887-1938) was a Russian and French painter and graphic artist. He is mainly known for the works he produced during his expeditions to Mongolia, China, Japan, the Sahara desert and Equatorial Africa. Dimensions: 6 3/4 x 4 1/4 in., (17 x 10.5 cm.) Condition: Good overall, there are small rips and tears along the edges and corners.
