A KHORASAN ENGRAVED BRONZE EWER, IRAN, 12TH CENTURY - On a spreading round foot, with globular body leading to tapering neck, with a bird on a handle, the top of ewer is cast as cow head, the body is engraved with band of pseudo-kufic around. Age: 12th century AD. Dimensions : Height: 5 1/2 in. (14 cm.) Condition : With nice patina and a few small dents on the body.
