Beautiful bronze high relief container or urn called Ganga-jumma lota. It was used for religious purpose. This example is nicely hammered and chiseled. Provenance: Collection of Edward Frey, the author of The Kris: Mystic Weapon of the Malay World (Images of Asia).
Dimensions : Height: 7 7/8 in., rim diameter: 8 in. (20; 20,5 cm.)
Condition : Very good with nice patina
