A PAIR OF FRENCH GILT-BRONZE CANDELABRAS, 19TH CEN. - Pair of French Empire ormolu and patinated bronze four-light figural candelabra. Modeled with winged figures most likely depicting Cupid and Psyche holding a floral arrangement with the one hand and a cornucopia with the other. Each raised on a globe forms and cylindrical bases ornate with Empire-style mounts.The first quarter of the 19th century. Dimensions: H: 24 1/2 in., (62 cm.) Condition: Very good, the pair was converted into lapms at certian point so both figures have small holes on the back.
