A FRENCH PATINATED GILT BRONZE JEWEL COFFER - French patinated and gilt bronze jewel coffer. The ware is adorned with relief floral, foliage, and scrollwork patterns, mounted with gilt bronze fittings, including scrolled corners, and engraved motifs. Mounted on four small legs. A quilted fabric lining interior.Late 19th century. Dimensions: 4 x 6 3/4 x 3 7/8 in., (10 x 17 x 9.8 cm.) Condition: Very good with expected signs of wear.
