A QAJAR LACQUER PAPIER-MACHÉ MIRROR WITH A CASE - Islamic Persian lacquered paper maché mirror with a case, 18th or 19th-century. Rectangular case with metal hinges and silver-tone latch. The lid of the case is hand-painted on the outside and inside, as well as the reverse side of the case. Inside the case is a genuine antique mirror with a reddish frame. Dimensions : 9 1/8 x 6 in., (23 x 15 cm.) Condition : Very good considering the age, light wear. The mirror is chipped at the lower part.
