An Exceptional Silver ”Simchat Torah” Hanging Tray, Austro-Hungary, Late 19th Century - Rectangular form centered by a chased and embossed depiction after the famous painting of Salomon Alexander Hart from 1850 ”Simchat Torah in Livorno”. The wide rims ornamented with a pattern of embossed palmettes.  Marked.  Total weight: 1499 gr; length: 46 cm; width: 40.5 cm Provenance: The collection of Yaacov Marco, Israel.
