A Magnificent Antique Silver Gilt Diamond and Enamel Presentation Jewelry Box, Prob. Austria, Mid 19th Century - The lid scalloped and decorated with cobalt blue enamel accented with gilt scrolls, in between dividers set with approx. 30 rose-cut diamonds. The lid's rim terminates with a gilt border of rosettes accented by pearls and an ornate pierced handle, set with large amethysts decorates the lid. The body raised on two curved supports and engraved with scrolls and palmettes. The interior lined with red velvet and centered by a pearl.
