A Silver and Tortoiseshell Bookbinding Fitted with a Siddur: Yochanan Levi Rofe, Amsterdam, 1805 - The tortoiseshell covers accented with ornate, silver hinges and clasps, as well as two fittings with hooks (possibly for a suspension chain). According to the estate inventory, the bookbinding is  English , 1650. Dutch import marks on the silver clasps. Length: 19 cm; width: 14 cm Provenance: Estate of Isidor Kaiser, Copenhagen-Hamburg.
