Large Campanian red-figure squat lekythos from a workshop in Cumae. 350 - 340 BC. Height 24,1cm, ø corpus 11,8cm. The image depicting two young women at the sides of an altar. The left woman sitting on a rock and holding a ladder-shaped object, the standing woman on the right side with mirror and kalathos. The altar with ornamental decor, on the top fruits, perhaps pomegranates. Numerous details painted in white and yellow. Small missing fragment at the foot, tiny chippings on the mouth, otherwise intact.
