Published by the author's grandson, Rabbi Moshe Shapira of Przemyśl. First edition. On the (blank) page before the title page is written in manuscript: ”The Rabbi R' Simcha Shapira, Av Beit Din of Lancut”, and a stamp. On the title page, signature: 'Simcha Shapira', signatures and stamps of Hagaon HaKadosh R' Simcha Shapira. Among the pages of the book, several more stamps. And inscription ”The holy Rabbi of Lancut” * Hagaon HaKadosh Rabbi Simcha Shapira, Av Beit Din & Rebbe of Lancut. Born in the city of Lancut in the year 5600 (1840) to his father Hagaon HaKadosh Rabbi Elazar Shapira, author of 'Yodei Bina' of Lancut. After the passing of his father in the year 1865, he filled his father's position in Lancut for about fifty years. He passed away on the eve of Yom Kippur in the year 5673 (1913).
