EIRIN KADISHIN THAT BELONGED TO THE HOLY ADMORIM OF GRODZHISK, Rav Yisroel, and Rav Avrohom Elimelech Shapiro. First print Eirin Kadishin with stamp of Rav Yisroel, and numerous signatures of Rav Avrohom Elimelech. Warsaw, 1885. Excellent condition. Eirin Kadishin, is a compilation of Divrei Torah, from the holy Ruzhiner rebbe, and his eldest son, the holy Sadigurer Rebbe. Warsaw, 1885. Very good condition. Rav Yisroel Shapiro (1874-1942), was the grandson of Rav Elimelech of Grodzhisk' and son in law of Rav Asher of Stolin. After the passing of his grandfather in 1892, he was appointed successor at the age of 18. During World War 1, he moved to Warsaw. He had thousands of chasidim. During the holocaust, he was in the Warsaw ghetto. His chasidim attempted to save him and procured false papers for him, however he refused to abandon his beloved chasidim, and he eventually perished in Treblinka. He authored Emunas Yisroel and Binas Yisroel. The Admor Rav Avraham Elimelech Shapira of Grodzhisk (1894-1966), son of Rav Yisrael Shapira of Grodzhisk and son-in-law of Rav Yerachmiel Moshe of Kozhnitz. Although he was a giant in Torah and Chassidus, he refused to hold an official position in the rabbinate, and left his father’s house – the Admor to whom thousands would flock- in order to make aliya to Eretz Yisrael in 5686.
