Kuntrus Chezkas Hashuv
Written by Rebbe Chaim Lerman(1867-1911) who was a Chassidic Admor in Dobrin, Plotzk, and Krashnewitz-Warsaw. This pamphlet was printed in Lodz, 1939 and does not seem to have been printed since. It discusses whether a Rav has the right to fire a shochet. This copy belonged to the son of the mechaber, Rav Simcha Bunim, and bears his stamp. Very good condition.
קונטרס חזקת השו"ב נכתב ע"י ר' חיים לערמאן אדמו"ר בדאברין, פלאצק, וקראשנעוויץ-ווארשא. נדפס בלאדז בשנת 1939 וכנראה לא נדפס עוד. בו הוא דן אם הרב יש לו כח להעביר השוחט יש בו חותמת של בן המחבר וכנראה שהיה שייך לו. מצב טוב מאד
