A Vintage Lith Bijoux 18 Karat Yellow Gold Opal and Natural Diamond Parrot Brooch - This item is in excellent pre-owned condition. A Lith Bijoux figural brooch depicting a parrot perched on a branch, crafted from 18 karat yellow gold. The bird is set with five custom-cut gemstone inlays, including a white crystal opal head showing green, orange, and yellow play-of-color, and four blue opal doublets forming the wings, body, and tail with intense blue and green flashes. A small round faceted natural diamond is bezel-set for the eye. The reverse is stamped with the maker mark LITH BIJOUX and the metal mark 18K L3. The brooch is secured by a horizontal pin stem with a revolving safety clasp. Length: 4.5 cm (1.77 inches). Width: 2.5 cm (0.98 inches).
