The rectangular-form sterling silver outer casing tapers toward the ends and houses a black plastic interior mechanism with a protected steel cutting blade. The casing is impressed with the marks TIFFANY, STERLING, and W. GERMANY, while the internal plastic component is embossed CLIPIT MADE IN USA.
