Vintage Tiffany & Co. Pill Case Necklace in Woven Sterling Silver - A vintage sterling silver pendant necklace featuring a sliding compartment pendant with a basket-weave design. The pendant is constructed from interlocking woven silver strips in a diagonal twill pattern and is composed of two parts; a top sleeve that slides along the chain to reveal a hollow interior. The pendant is integrated into a continuous round snake chain which passes through two circular apertures at the top of the body. A rectangular plaque is applied to the reverse of the woven body and is stamped TIFFANY & CO. 925 MEXICO. Pendant Width: 4 cm Pendant Height (Closed): 3.5 cm Chain Circumference: 44 cm.
