Tiffany & Co. Elsa Peretti Sterling Silver Open Heart Pendant Necklace - This Tiffany & Co. pendant necklace features the Open Heart design created by Elsa Peretti. The pendant is crafted in sterling silver as a fluid, asymmetrical open heart with a polished finish. It is suspended from a sterling silver cable link chain. The reverse of the heart pendant is stamped with a copyright symbol followed by TIFFANY & CO. PERETTI 925. The chain is fitted with a spring ring clasp and a flat oval connector tab stamped TIFFANY & CO. on one side.
