Paloma Picasso Double Loving Heart Sterling Silver Necklace with Pouch - This Tiffany and Co. sterling silver necklace features a Paloma Picasso Double Loving Heart pendant integrated into a cable chain. The design consists of two interlocking, stylized hearts rendered in a continuous, openwork infinity motif with a high-polish finish. The reverse of the pendant is incised with a copyright symbol followed by Paloma Picasso TIFFANY&Co. 925. The chain is secured by a spring ring clasp, and the adjoining metal tab is incised with T&Co. 925 on one side and Paloma Picasso on the reverse. The lot includes a signature Tiffany and Co. teal drawstring pouch and a detached Elsa Peretti for Tiffany and Co. sterling silver Open Heart charm.
