Vintage Elgin Multi-Color 14K Gold Filled Hunter Case Pocket Watch - This is a ladies' hunter case pocket watch from the Elgin National Watch Company. The case is decorated in multi-color gold, featuring rose, green, and yellow gold elements in a floral and foliate motif. The front cover centers a raised five-pointed star set with a single small round-cut natural diamond. The back cover features a shield-shaped cartouche with an engraved interlocking monogram. The white porcelain dial displays stylized black Arabic numerals, a outer minute track, and a sunken sub-seconds dial at the 6 o'clock position. The dial is signed ELGIN in block letters. The internal case back is stamped with the serial number 7253678 and an additional number 540728. Hand-scratched service marks including E, O, and various dates are present on the interior lids. The movement is a manual stem-wind and set mechanism.
