Vintage Cohr Denmark Sterling Silver Grape Pattern Grape Shears 72 grams - This pair of Danish grape shears is crafted with sterling silver handles and stainless steel blades. The ornate openwork handles feature a traditional Grape pattern, decorated with dimensional clusters of grapes and vine leaves. The handles are secured to the stainless steel blades by a central screw pivot. The inner shanks of the handles bear stamped marks; one side is stamped DENMARK and the other is stamped STERLING next to an oval cartouche containing the name COHR. The stainless steel blade is stamped STAINLESS STEEL. The handles exhibit a dark patina in the recessed areas of the foliate and fruit decoration.
