14K Yellow Gold 1.5ct Amethyst and 0.05ctw Natural Diamond Bypass Ring - This 14 karat yellow gold cocktail ring features a bypass or swirl design centered on a single pear-cut purple amethyst. The amethyst weighs 1.5 carats and is secured in a three-prong setting. The ring shank split-shoulders wrap around the center stone, with one side featuring a curved band pave-set with small round-cut natural diamonds totaling 0.05 carats. The interior of the shank is stamped with the metal fineness mark 14K followed by a maker's mark consisting of the characters JK. Additional incised characters are present further along the inner band but are not legible. The mounting consists of a multi-banded yellow gold construction that tapers toward the base of the shank.
