Christian Dior - CHRISTIAN DIOR LADY DIOR LARGE, IVORY PATENT CANNAGE, GOLD. Christian Dior Lady Dior in large size, ivory patent leather with the house's Cannage quilting and gold-tone hardware. Padded Cannage panels front and back, twin rolled top handles suspended from oversized gold ring hardware engraved CD, and the signature D-I-O-R letter charms on a ring at the handle. Top zip closure, Cannage-jacquard lined interior with a Christian Dior Paris leather plaque and interior zip pocket, gold protective base studs. Includes the original detachable patent shoulder strap in its factory wrap, Christian Dior Paris dust bag and original care tag. The Lady Dior is the house's defining handbag -- named for Diana, Princess of Wales, after she was gifted one in 1995 and carried it publicly for years, at which point the bag was renamed in her honor. The large size is the least common of the four and the hardest to find in the light patent colorways. Measures approximately 12 in wide x 10 in high x 5 in deep. Condition report: Very good. Patent surface bright and glossy with light waving to the panels; corners intact with no scuffing or wear-through; handles firm and clean; hardware retains full gold plating. Interior clean. Shoulder strap unused in original wrap. Dust bag and care tag included.
