Antique Pt900 0.05ctw Natural Diamond and 8.4mm Red Coral Ring Size 7 - This important antique Pt900 ring features a central 8.4mm round reddish-orange coral cabochon. The coral is secured within an elevated gallery detailed with heart-shaped openwork filigree. Flanking the center stone are four round-cut natural diamonds set into the shoulders, two to each side, totaling 0.05ctw.
