The face features a 9.5ct oval-cut amethyst center stone surrounded by nineteen 0.03ct round-cut diamonds, the oval shoulders each feature ten 0.04ct round-cut diamonds (twenty total), and the brackets each feature three 0.075 round-cut diamonds (twelve total), making for a total of fifty-one diamonds with a 2.27ctw.
