Each earring features a dangling chandelier of diamond florets with diamond fringe completed by a diamond floret post. Bright and anodized finish. Condition is new, good workmanship. Eighty-Six illusion set rose tablet cut diamonds (depth est.) approximate total weight of 86 Stones = 2.32ct. Graded in the setting.Each diamond is bezel set and fitted over foil backs. This was a popular method of illusion setting in the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries. The final appearance of the diamond is that of a much larger stone, an illusion.
