WWI AMERICAN OCCUPATION OF GERMANY CERTIFICATE
Certificate issued to an American soldier of the 3rd Army, 'Certificate of my presence on the Rhine with the American Forces of Occupation in Germany', dated from 1918 to 1920, approx. 20.25 x 16 inches. Certificate features a small portrait of the unnamed soldier at the center, under the eagle, with illustrations of several towns in Germany. Sponsored by the Y.M.C.A. Cut at bottom edge, else very good.
