2 WWII GERMAN ANTI-AMERICAN BOOKS
Lot of two anti-American books written in German portraying the society, culture, and working experience in America. The first book, 'In God's Country', 1942, shows the indulgent and rich lifestyle of Americans with photos of 'gold-diggers', Miss America contests, the homeless, and the Roosevelts. The second book, 'The Fate of Workers in America', 1943, illustrates the worker's experience in America with photos of homeless camps, poor people, and bread lines. Approx. 8 x 6 inches. Slight scuffing and damage on front covers, minor tears, and minor loss on spine of 'In God's Country'.
