'Once upon a time - a thousand years ago - there was a king of Denmark named Gorm the Old. All through the years his family has ruled the oldest kingdom of the world, and the present king Frederik the Ninth is a descendant of the old king Gorm.', artwork by Henry Thelander (1902-1986), published by The National Travel Association of Denmark, printed by Egmont H. Petersen, Eng.-25-59-II, 1954, 39 x 24.75 inches. Loss at bottom edge, 9.5-inch tear at bottom edge with tape repair on verso, 1-inch tear at bottom edge, loss of bottom right corner, tears and chipping on edges.
