'Liberty Called and the Dollars Came Rolling In', color cartoon of Lady Liberty pulling dollars and coins into the U.S. Treasury. The newspaper is not known, but dated to Saturday, October 23, 1915 and Saturday, June 23, 1917. Approx. 8 x 8.75 inches. Both cartoons have been cut from a newspaper. Old tape bleed.
