Book page from an unknown German work describing the end of the 80 Years War between the Spanish and the Dutch. The two pages report the damage done to the town of Wesel and the events surrounding the end of the war. Likely printed around 1630, the book page features one engraving, showing the Spanish forces coming up to the city walls around Wesel. Approx. 12.75 x 8 inches, pages 95 and 96, in German, printed in Fraktur. Minor staining at top margin.
