POLISH CROSS OF VALOUR WITH CITATION
Polish Cross of Valour medal with ribbon and preliminary award document, 6.75 x 5.5 in., to Red Army senior lieutenant Alexey Teryokhin for heroic actions and brave behavior in the fight against the German invader. Issued July 17th, 1945. The obverse bears the words 'NA POLU CHWALY' ('ON THE FIELD OF GLORY'), the reverse bears the word 'WALECZNYM ('TO THE VALIANT'), and the date '1944'.
