KL DACHAU CONCENTRATION CAMP PRISONER'S LETTER - Letter from Czech prisoner Bruno Kopp (b. 27.4.1897) at Dachau concentration camp. Kopp, prisoner number 20552, arrived at Dachau on a transport on 16. October 1940. Four page letter, dated 8.11.1942, Dachau 3 K, Block 10, to his wife Karla Kopp, in parts: '...I have not received the money yet...write every 14 days... we are allowed to receive packages...bread, a lot of baked goods, dry bread, oats, dry milk powder, fat, garlic, dried fruits, cheese, in short all kinds of foods, maybe an egg and honey...thinking often about the cake of Ms . Haft...we are allowed to receive tobacco and clothing...send in a separate package.' Kopp was eventually liberated to records. 8.75 x 6 inches, censors stamp, mailing folds, minor loss at top corner.
