Nazi Germany badge for war victims meeting in Breslau, Germany. Obverse also has two Iron Crosses, one with a swastika in the center with a dagger and oak leaf wreath. Obverse of badge, '2. OSTD. Kriegsopfer - Treffen Breslau - 3.6.1934'. Maker's mark on reverse, 'G. Brinkman Breslau' with pinback. 2.5 inches in diameter.
