ANDREY KHRULYOV
(1892-1962) Soviet military commander and politician. Letter from Khrulyov to Stalin to remind him of the 150 year anniversary of the Zhitomir Military Hospital #409. The letter asks Stalin to award the hospital with an Order of the Red Star and to award 12 personnel with other government awards. Signed by Khrulyov and dated 1946. 11.75 x 8.25 inches. Minor holes on left side.
