MEINRAD VON LAUCHERT - (1905-1987) Generalmajor in the Wehrmacht, recipient of the Knight's cross of the Iron Cross with Oak Leaves. Signed b/w photograph with a typed letter signed in blue ink, Stuttgart, 2.7.79, to a an autograph collector, in part: '...enclosed the 4 signed pictures. I always ask myself how did all these pictures end up in America, they are all private photos, partially from Russia, which I never gave away...' Two signed pieces with mailing envelope. Very good.
