THE WARSAW PACT COMMANDER-IN-CHIEF VIKTOR KULIKOV
(1921 - 2013) the Warsaw Pact commander-in-chief from 1977 to 1989, the Marshal of the Soviet Union. He was named a Hero of the Soviet Union for his service during WWII. Kulikov was a member of the Soviet/Russian parliament 1989–2003. He was awarded the highest Cuban award, the Order of Playa Giron in 2006. A white greeting card with gold letters with a typed note inside addressed to Colonel general Vasily Okunev congratulating him with the 59th anniversary of the Soviet Army and Navy. Original signature in blue ink. Dated February 23, 1977, 8.5 x 3.75 in. when folded. The original envelope is included. Some minor wear on the envelope, the card is fine.
